Ingredients : Raagi, jowar, whole wheat, brown rice, whole ground nuts, gram, elaichi, nuts millets, almonds, cashews, dates, selected sprouts and many more.

How to serve: mix well either in milk or hot water and boil on low flame according to the thickness of your choice. You can mix either salt, honey or jaggery to add the taste of your choice.

Shelf life : 2-3 months, if stored in an air tight container in room temperature.
